Shut up and Listen
“My training at OCHM has been and continues to be such an important feature of my work. I can honestly say that I learned so much about what it means to be human, warts and all (no pun intended), to co-exist with nature and heal with the assistance of what our world can offer us. I learned what it means to truly “shut up and listen” to a client, to meet them where they are at, and to be comfortable with the richness of silence. Thank you OCHM!”
