As Hahnemann’s medical practice flourished, the success of his homeopathic treatment encouraged a small, dedicated band of young physicians to gather around him. From this group he formed a network of collaborators to carry out provings of new homeopathic medicines. The results of these provings were published in Hahnemann’s Materia Medica Pura. Apart from a detailed account of each homeopathic medicine and its application in the treatment of disease, he elaborated on the personalized approach to homeopathic prescribing.

There is no case of dynamic disease which will not be rapidly and permanently cured in no more easy, rapid, certain, reliable and permanent manner by any conceivable method of treatment other than by means of homeopathic medicine in small doses.”
