A poignant quote indeed. A healthcare provider plays a big role in the lives of their patients. A healthcare provider must always be willing to grow and evolve and heal so that they can offer their best to their patients. An understanding of self brings an open mind and heart to a patient’s case for optimal and compassionate treatment. Patients look to healthcare providers for guidance and inspiration and that is why we are called to a higher ground; help others heal.

Hahnemann tells us that “the physicians highest and only calling is to make the sick healthy, to cure…as it is called”. Organon, Aphorism 1

In this world that we live in, let’s try to remember the very basic things in life and treat purely for the sake of making the sick healthy! Here’s to continued growth, learning and helping others.
