Anxiety is a normal part of life. It’s perfectly normal to feel fear or worry about situations once in a while. However, when fear and worry are prolonged over everyday situations or if one experiences accompanied panic attacks, it’s time for some help! Symptoms that can be associated with anxiety include but are not limited to: restlessness, headache, irritability, fatigue, sweating, difficult concentration, panic, trembling, frequent urination, a feeling of a lump in the throat, anorexia and difficulty sleeping.

Great remedies to help:

Aconitum: there is fright or panic, restlessness, heart palpitations and a distinct fear of dying. Thirst for cold water.

Ars: feels insecure and does not want to be alone. They are cold. There are perfectionistic qualities in this patient. Fear of death. Restless. Weakness. Worse night.

Arg – nit: anticipatory anxiety, upset stomach, impulsive, hurried, nervous, fearful and better open air. Worse before undertaking something new. Symptoms accompanied by diarrhoea.

Gels: paralyzed by fear. Dread new situations or responsibilities. Trembling and heart palpitations. Need to keep moving. Dizziness, difficulty concentrating, weak.

Ignatia: anxiety due to sudden grief.

Lycopodium: lack of self confidence, especially in the workplace. Is fearful of undertaking new situations but once a project begins, they are capable of finishing it.

Sepia: flushes of heat in the head. Irritability. Faintness.
