A Breakthrough in the Understanding of Ancient Plants!
The ancient plant remedies have remained hidden from our awareness for years, with only a few, like Thuja and Lycopodium, being widely used. The rest were nearly forgotten. Now, after years of dedicated work, a breakthrough has emerged—shedding light on the healing potential of these ancient plants. Their distinct qualities and specific applications are becoming clear, and you are invited to explore this new understanding with us.
Through studying these ancient plants, we discovered their profound connection to old-age pathologies such as strokes, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. These flowerless plants speak of antiquity—of a state before or just after the fall from Eden. This is why they are relevant not only to diseases of old age and diminished life force but also to emotions and qualities that remain unexpressed in modern life: innocence, simplicity, and vulnerability. These plants resonate with themes of being hidden and misunderstood—making them powerful remedies for conditions like autism, learning challenges, and difficulties in expressing one’s inner world. Each plant group—mosses, ferns, lycophytes, cycads, Ginkgo, and conifers—brings its own unique pathology and healing story.
Our breakthrough came with the realization that these ancient plants are tied to the Earth’s evolution, to the epochs in which they first emerged and thrived, and to the cataclysmic extinction events that ended each era. The plants that have survived these upheavals—plants that are still with us today—carry within them the power of endurance and transformation. Their remedies are uniquely suited to issues around death, the inability to end or resolve emotional states, and the capacity for resurrection and healing. They can address unresolved traumas, near-death experiences, and stagnant emotional conditions. For instance, the Kauri tree holds the key to overcoming emotional paralysis, while other ancient plants help release traumas that seem frozen in time.
The survival of these plants offers us a complete picture of the plant kingdom, revealing the evolution of all land plants, including the advanced flowering plants. This understanding deepens the connection between humans and plants, paralleling the evolution of Earth and humanity. When evolution stalls—whether in the environment or within ourselves—disease arises, and these ancient plant remedies can help reignite the path to healing.
Join us for an introduction to these ancient plants. Experience the mosses, ferns, lycophytes, Welwitschia, and conifers. Learn how their sequence mirrors the evolution of life on Earth and discover how their unique healing qualities can address modern-day challenges.
Seminar Topics Include:
Earth-Human Evolution: A foundational perspective to understand how plants and humanity evolve together. A background to understanding the Table.
Mosses (The Beginning): These early plants embody simplicity, innocence, and a reluctance to leave the safety of Eden, fearing the loss of group security.
Lycophytes: An enigmatic group that we are only beginning to understand.
Ferns: From Equisetum to more advanced species, we explore their hidden place in the world and practical applications for autism and neurodivergence.
Cycads and Ginkgo: These plants offer insight into ancient energies, desire, and even questions around gender identity.
Conifers: Once at the height of evolution, they now stand as remnants of a lost world. How does someone—or something—adapt when they no longer belong to the era they were made for? This segment explores the struggle between knowledge and disconnection.
Most importantly, we will explore how these ancient, fossil-like survivors fit into our modern time. What wisdom do they hold for us today? How can they help us heal?
We look forward to embarking on this journey with you!

Working as a Homeopath over 35 years, Michal has been developing her system of the Plants Table. “A botanist and a models ecologist in my past, and an avid gardener nowadays, I was intrigued by the homeopathic implications of the dynamic order found in nature, particularly in the plant kingdom. Investigating the question for many years, adding clinical observation, late-night studies, new homeopathic ideas and work with colleagues – all were synthesized with my own botanical, psychological, and Kabbalistic understanding. The integration of all this data led to the development of the Plant Table that exposes the wondrous order of the plant kingdom”.
Other than that, Yakir has completed a PhD (with collaboration of G. Vithoulkas and Prof Z. Bentwich) in the Hadassah medical Hospital, Jerusalem University, on the effect of homeopathic treatment in PMS. She is teaching homeopathy for the last 25 years, past chairwoman of the Israeli association for homeopathy and the editor of the IACH association homeopathic journal.
She has been teaching her “Plant Table” system in Israel over 20 years, and in the last years the teaching was expanded around the glob (from Germany, Holland, Belgium, to Canda, Australia and Slovakia and more). Her book “Wondrous Order – the systematic table of plants” was translated into English and German, published by Narayana Publication around November 2016. Her new book, of the ANCIENT PLANTS, is going to be published soon.
